We have a variety of breakfast meal-Chilaquiles *green *redServed with 2 eggs, beans, sour cream. ----Birriaquiles Green chilaquiles with birria on the top and sour cream and cotija cheese--- omelette *mexican*chickenServed with your choice tortilla (corn or flour) and beans.---Huevos rancheros 2 fried tortilla with 2 eggs and ranchero salsa served with beans.---Huevos a la Mexicana---Huevos con Ham---Pork Chorizo plate ---Machaca Plate.
Birria it is a traditional Mexican food from Guadalajara, our Birria it is beef, we select special meat and our own recipe from la abuelita for the Birria. We serve our Birria in a plate with Beans, rice and tortillas (corn or flour) cilantro and onion to enjoy. We have QuesaBirria Taco it is a frying tortilla with melted cheese stuffed with birria as a taco, you can enjoy as well as a full size Quesadilla or Burrito with our delicious flour tortillas, if you are not so hungry you can try our soft shells Tacos or the 3 mini street tacos. It is hard to decide your must to try it!
Matador Mexican grill we offer a great variety of Burritos from the traditional like Carne Asada, Carnitas, Pollo asado, Chile relleno. Shredded beef, Adobada, Shrimp or fish, we have Burrtios Especiales, we offer Surf&turf our favorite with Angus steak Shrimp, rice, cheese and our chipotle cream it is so popular and delicious!, we offer the famous the Bacon jalapeño, Achite chicken, Cheese steak, Buffalo chicken our if you like spicy defiant Diablo chicken Burrito our Delicious California Burrito and you can choose you protein and our big Chimichanga. Our menu it is for all!
You are more likeTacos?!, no problem! Matador have the best. We have a regular soft shell tacos, we served in 2 regular size tortillas with your protein and Guacamole, if you like sea food we have shrimp tacos, Fish tacos baja style and the taco you must to try Taco Enchilado. We served street tacos it come in order of 3 same meat, you can do *Asada - *Adobada - *Carnitas - *Pollo Asado - *Achiote chicken - *Cabeza. Matador have Taco Tuesday special!!
Tostadas in Mexico is a traditional dinner food. It is a flat hard shell tortilla spreader with beans and usually a protein, lettuce, pico, and cheese on the top.
Want to be more healthy, no worries Matador have a good lunch or dinner for you, we have the MATADOR BOWL we served with black beans, rice, lettuce, pico, guacamole, sour cream and cheese and you can choose your favorite protein. Carne Asada, Adobada, Carnitas, Pollo Asado or Achiote chicken. We have te Surf & Turf Bowl with rice, lettuce, pico, guacamole, sour cream, cheese Carne Asada, shrimp and chipotle cream.
Quesadilla are delicious, Matador have a good choice for quesadillas. 14’ inches of flour tortilla with melted shredded cheese and you can only do just cheese or put some protein in the quesadilla Carne Asada - Adobada - Pollo Asado - Achiote chicken - Carnitas - Shrimp - shredded Beef.
Do you love fries? because we have it! This taco shop have the best fries and Nachos. They are served with Beans, Gacamole, Sour cream, Pico, Jalapeño and you can choose you cheese between shredded cheese or Nacho cheese. Protein is your choice. Carne asada - Pollo asado - Achiote chicken - Carnitas - Adobada.

Matador have Buffalo fries with cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch.

All Sales Final: Once your order is confirmed, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
Refunds for Staff Errors: Refunds will only be issued for items marked as the staff's error. This includes items prepared incorrectly by the kitchen.
Customer Misunderstandings: Errors resulting from misunderstandings of ingredients by the customer will not be reimbursed. Please ensure your order matches your preferences before confirming.
Partial Consumption: Food that has been consumed more than half will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund, present your purchase ticket with the incomplete or spoiled food. A 75% refund will be provided for eligible items.
Dissatisfaction with Taste: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the taste of the dish.
Full Refund Criteria: Full refunds will be provided for food in spoiled or rotten condition or incorrect orders.
Online or Phone Orders: Refunds cannot be issued for online or phone orders that are not promptly picked up, resulting in cold food.
Refund Processing: All refunds made by card payment will be processed by the end of the day and reflected in your account within 24-48 hours, depending on the bank. Cash refunds will be issued immediately.
